Gantt Charts give a simple over view of project, setting up tasks with simple time scales which means
planning out a period of time for a project although not accurate will give a rough time scale that
will help managers of projects to maintain a rough time scale of their project.
I personally believe the gantt chart could be very ineffective and effective at the same time, its not
accurate enough but something is better than nothing and it would help direct a project in the right
way and may be motivate task completion.
A very simple tool to use with no complexity, the chart is simple to understand just looking at it
this makes it widely usable.
